Booking & Cancellation Policy

• A £20 deposit is required to secure all appointments. No deposit, no booking. Your deposit will be deducted from your final bill.
• A minimum of 72 hours' notice is required to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
• Cancellations or rescheduling with less than 72 hours' notice will result in the £20 deposit being forfeited, and a new deposit will be required to book another appointment.
• Late arrivals: If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be shortened or cancelled to avoid delaying other clients. If your appointment cannot go ahead, your £20 deposit will be forfeited and a new deposit will be required to rebook.
• No-shows: If you do not attend your appointment without notice, your deposit will be forfeited.
